What Are The General Usage Ranges Of Corrugated Paper Cups?

More precisely, corrugated paper cups are a new type of coffee cup. Corrugated paper cups originated in 2003. The corrugated paper cup production line fills the gap both domestically and internationally. It has a high degree of automation, stable product quality, high output, and a production capacity of over 3000 square meters per shift, overcoming the disadvantages of high investment, raw material limitations, unstable quality, and low product strength of paper instead of wood equipment introduced from abroad.

The birth of corrugated paper cups has made up for many shortcomings of traditional hot drink cups, such as skin damage and inconvenience in carrying. Corrugated paper cups enable more urban people who love to taste coffee to conveniently and freely enjoy it while walking, without worrying about the temperature of the cup body. What is the scope of use for general corrugated cups?

Corrugated paper cups are mainly used in coffee shops and ice cream shops, with their main market concentrated in European and American countries. The global annual consumption of corrugated paper cups is 1 billion. Corrugated paper cups have shown a rapid increasing trend in the domestic market, especially in recent years, in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc. Corrugated paper cups have been accepted by the high-end beverage market, and many foods choose corrugated paper cups as product packaging. According to the statistics of the National Consumer Goods Administration in 2008, the consumption of corrugated paper cups in China was 50 million per year. However, there is still a market gap of approximately 1.5 billion units, and corrugated paper cups have huge development potential in China.

The production environment temperature should not exceed 33 ℃, and the air humidity should not exceed 45%. Otherwise, the cardboard is prone to moisture absorption and its own moisture cannot evaporate, naturally reducing the load-bearing capacity of corrugated paper cups. Due to the urgent need of the customer, a blower can be used to forcefully blow air to promote the quick bonding of the cardboard and remove excess moisture.
