Pre-sales
We will discuss the product size, capacity, printing and quantity with customers, genuine photos targeted suggestion will be provided according to the details requirement. There are two materials for ice cream cup, which is gloss paper and double PE, the gloss paper is usually used for take away, and the double PE is usually used for storage, transportation and distribution.
During sales
We will confirm the LOGO design with the client before mass production, and then give the ETD.
The pictures and videos of the printing, production process and testing will be provided.
After sales
The details pictures and videos for shipment will be provided. Logistics information will be updated from time to time.
If the product quality problem is not caused by human factors, we will provide compensation of equal value.
