Material Preparation and Printing
Our factory is equipped with high quality flexo printing machine, no need to print elsewhere, which ensures the lead time greatly. After preparing FDA paper materials, the printing machine can print them with 240m/min high speed and high quality.
Forming into Cone Shapes
The equipments are fully automatic/semi-automatic cone-shaped ice cream cup (ice cream cone sleeve) forming machines, specially designed for producing cone-shaped paper sleeves for ice cream cones. They are suitable for food-grade packaging papers such as PE coated paper, coated paper, offset paper, and aluminum foil paper. The highest speed is 300pcs/min for one machine.
Inspection & Packaging
Every item will be inspected strictly before shipment. Only qualified products will be packed into the cartons. The package can be tailor-made as per customers’ requirements. The carton adopts 5-ply construction, offering exceptional strength and rigidity. It resists crushing, denting and deformation during long-distance shipping, ensuring product integrity. The packaging and cartons are sturdy enough for palatalization, container stacking and rough handling in international logistics.

A: We have advanced printing machines that can print up to 7 colours of logos on disposable paper cones.
2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in 5-layer cartons. lf you have special requirement, we can do it.
3. How long is the lead time for formal order?
A: Your order will usually be ready to ship within 25-30 days after receipt of your deposit and confirmation of artwork.
4. What are your payment terms?
A: T/T, Credit card, Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance etc.
Our standard payment terms are 30% advance payment with the balance to be paid before shipment.
5. What’s your sampling cost & lead time?
A: If you need custom printed samples for confirmation, the sampling cost will be charged accordingly. Usually, it is about USD 150, depending on printing, material & quantity. And It takes about 15 days for us to get the samples ready.
