Order and Design Confirmation
With competitive price and best service, we have gained thousands of orders of foreign clients. Usually after order is confirmed, we will enter into the stage of design. Die-cut template like the right photo will be sent to customers for confirmation before mass production.
Printing (2 Options)
Offset printing and flexographic printing are two common printing technologies, each with its own unique advantages and applicable scenarios. Offset printing is widely used in the high-end printing market with its high precision and high-quality image output, while flexographic printing occupies an important position in the packaging printing field with its flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

Offset printing: The resolution can reach more than 300 dpi, the image is delicate, and the color reproduction is high.
Flexographic printing: The resolution is usually 150-200 dpi, which is suitable for large-area color blocks and simple patterns.

Forming into Cups
There are over 100 forming machines in our factory. They are suitable for food-grade packaging papers such as PE coated paper, PLA coated paper, and water-based coating paper. The highest speed is 100pcs/min for one forming machine.
Inspection & Packaging
The QC department inspect every item strictly before shipment. Only qualified products will be packed into the cartons. The carton can be custom printed as per clients’ requirements. Normally 50pcs in a plastic bag and 20 bags in a carton. The carton adopts 5-plyconstruction, offering exceptional strength and rigidity. It resists crushing, denting and deformation during long-distance shipping, ensuring product integrity. The packaging and cartons are strong enough for palatalization, container stacking and rough handling in international logistics.

Every month we ship at least 50 x 40HQ containers to abroad. Until now we have successfully exported to many countries in the world.
